Description

Adven’s Astha-win syrup helps relieve wheezing, breathlessness and cough associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases or obstruction of the airways in response to specific triggers such as viruses, allergens and exercise. It is helpful as an expectorant and in relieving symptoms of allergic rhinitis. It also helps maintain normal respiratory activities and may minimize future risk of worsening of the condition, fixed airflow limitation by reducing chronic inflammation of respiratory tract & relaxing bronchial smooth muscle.

INGREDIENTS AND THEIR INDICATIONS

Yerba santa 3D: A remedy for asthmatic and bronchial affections. Wheezing; asthma, with coryza and mucous secretions.

Lobelia inflata 3D: Dyspnoea. Asthma attack with weakness felt in pit of stomach and preceded by prickling all over. Ringing cough. Dyspnoea from constriction of chest; worse, any exertion. Sensation of pressure or weight in chest.

Ephedra vulgaris 5D: Alkaloid called “Ephedrine” which helps in controlling Asthma.

Spongia tosta 3D: Great dryness of all air-passages. Hoarseness; larynx dry, burns, constricted. Dry Cough, Croup; Respiration short, panting, difficult; Bronchial catarrh, with wheezing, asthmatic cough, with profuse expectoration and suffocation.

Senega 3D: Cough often ends in a sneeze. Bronchial catarrh, with sore chest walls; much mucus; Old asthmatics with congestive attacks.

Cactus grandiflorus 3D: Asthma. Difficulty of breathing; attacks of suffocation with fainting. Catarrhal cough with much viscid expectoration.

Aralia racemosa 5D: Asthma with spasmodic cough; Hay-fever; frequent sneezing.

Stramonium 5D: Asthma continually recurring, Want of breath.─Difficult (hurried or) sighing respiration.─Suffocating obstruction of respiration

Corrallium rubrum 5D: Hawking of profuse mucus. Profuse, nasal catarrh. Dry, spasmodic, suffocative cough; very rapid cough, short, barking.

Ipecacuanha 3D: Asthma. Yearly attacks of difficult shortness of breathing. Continued sneezing; coryza; wheezing cough. Cough incessant and violent.
